A provider is associated with a town only when its own website, an authoritative directory or another public source supports that coverage. A nearby address alone is not treated as proof.
2. Separate coverage from quality
A company can appear as a coverage match before Shore House IQ has verified an independent quality signal. Those listings are labeled accordingly.
3. Date every quality signal
Ratings, review counts, accreditation and licensing indicators can change. When displayed, the source and review date are shown. Owners should open the evidence and confirm current standing themselves.
4. Preserve independence
Companies currently do not pay to appear, and no listed company is presented as a Shore House IQ partner. If sponsorship or compensation is introduced later, it will be labeled clearly and will not replace the underlying screening criteria.
How demand is measured
Shore House IQ measures anonymous clicks to provider websites by page, category, selected town and listing position. It does not collect a visitor’s name or email, and it does not send a lead to the provider.
What owners still need to verify
- Licensing and insurance for the specific work
- Availability in the property’s town
- Written scope, pricing and cancellation terms
- Recent references and reviews
- Whether permits or association approval are required
