Sea Isle fall owner calendar: trash days, event weekends and winter watch

Sea Isle City's official sanitation sheet says winter collection begins on the second Monday in September. For 2026, that change took effect September 14. The schedule is based on the property's street range, so use the exact zone in the guest guide and cleaner scope.

The city's drop-off area beside the Sea Isle Bridge is open seven days a week from 7:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with listed holiday closures. Treat it as a backup—not the normal turnover plan.

• 1st through 44th Streets — Wednesday trash and recycling
• 45th through 70th Streets — Monday trash and recycling
• 71st through 94th Streets — Tuesday trash and recycling
• Put containers out no earlier than 5 p.m. the day before collection and by 3 a.m. on collection day
• Remove empty containers from the curb by 11 p.m. on collection day

October through May: schedule bulk pickup by street zone

Regular zone-based bulk collection resumes from October through May. Do not leave contractor debris, hazardous materials, tires, televisions or other excluded items for municipal pickup; the city's sheet directs owners to separate disposal paths.

Sea Isle's tourism calendar lists the Halloween Parade and Dance Party at Excursion Park on October 16, Fall Girls Weekend on November 20–22, and the Winter Village and Shop Small weekend on November 27–29.

For November 27, the official calendar says the holiday procession starts at 6 p.m. and runs along JFK Boulevard from the bridge to Excursion Park. Recheck the live calendar before a stay; use these dates to plan access and service coverage, not to promise parking or justify an automatic rate increase.

Sea Isle's current rental process combines the mercantile application with owner information, insurance evidence, occupancy details, a qualified contact and a property-condition certification. Assemble records that will remain relevant, then wait for the next official form before copying a year, fee or deadline.
